FAQs, Terms and conditions

Have a question that isn't answered here?

1

Scheduling

Book at least 2 days in advance so I can manage my schedule.

I try to accommodate last-minute bookings but this might not always be possible so book in advance so your pet doesn't miss out!

Bookings are open a month in advance. For long term bookings/rolling bookings, please contact me with details.

2

Introductions

I like to meet each dog before any booking. It helps me to match up dogs for group walks.

3

Cancellation policy

Can't make it? Please cancel 24 hours before your booking time. Last minute cancellations mean disappointed doggies.

4

Payments

Payment via bank transfer, cash or online.

5

Concerns

Please let me know any information about your pet that I should know. If they are unwell, don't seem themselves, have any special requests or needs then please tell me.

I cannot accept ill animals for the sake of safety and professional courtesy to my other clients.

6

Updates

I try to keep you updated with news of your pet. I'll send snippets of how they're getting on, to put your mind at rest.

7

Licensing

I am licensed under the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963 to keep an animal boarding establishment.
